Bedrooms: Three bedrooms, sleeps maximum of 8 people (including 2 people on a sofa bed)

Master Bedroom - One double bed 
bedroom with ensuite bathroom with separate bath, shower, wash-basin, wc and bidet. This room can be made up as two large single beds or a super king double. This room leads on to a large terrace-style balcony overlooking the communal gardens.

Bedroom Two - Two single bed 
bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, wash-basin and wc. This Bedroom also opens on to the terrace-style balcony with views over the communal gardens.

Bedroom Three - One double bed bedroom with ensuite bathroom with a shower, wash-basin and wc. This room has a small balcony which overlooks the gardens at the front of the property.

The house also has an option of a fourth 'bedroom' by using the comfortable and modern sofa bed in the sitting room. This area also has its own bathroomwith shower.

General: Towels and linen provided, central heating, sunbeds, outdoor dining table and eight chairs.

Kitchen contents : Fan oven, grill, microwave, fridgefreezer, dishwasher, hob.

Living Room: Fireplace and comfortable and modern seating for six people including a sofabed.

Utiltiy Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing board and iron.

Entertainment: TV (with some English chanels available) radio, DVD, stereo systemwith CD. There is also a selection of DVDs and CDs available in the house.

Outside: Garden, communal pool, terrace, large built-in barbecue, balcony, parking, eight garden chairs and outside dining table.

Suitability: No pets are allowed, children welcome with full sized cot and camping cot available on request.

Local Activities: Golf, water skiing, surfing, and Boogie Boarding, swimming in the sea, pool and nearby lagoon, horse riding, tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, wind-surfing, scuba diving at the nearby Berlenga Islands. The nearby Marriot Hotel has several dining options including a terrace bar and fine dining resturant. Its spa offers a range of treatments that are available to non hotel residents. There is a small supermarket on site.
